This is what a box of 24 crayons looks like after 12 days of use by the students in The Unthinkable Mind class taught by Lynda Barry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Each student has an assigned identity that corresponds with a part of the brain. They were asked to line their crayons up in order most used to least during the last week and a half.

scissorsandthread:Globe Lamp | Trendenser Though there isn’t a step by step tutorial on how to create this piece, it is still a great inspiration for what you can do. Using an old globe with the map peeled off, a globe is then screwed in to the base to create a truly individual piece. Love it!
